Dear Valued Customer,

Due to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we find ourselves living in exceptionally trying and uncertain times.

This pandemic continues to affect people and countries around the world, with the number of positive cases recorded on the increase. This is why many countries, including South Africa, have been placed under national lockdown to help curb the spread of this deadly virus.

We have now entered into the second leg of the national lockdown, following President Ramaphosa’s extension by a further two weeks.

This means that while we had planned to resume all non-essential manufacturing activity and reopen Coin World on 21 April 2020, this is no longer the case as Coin World will now only reopen on 4 May 2020. Be assured that we will continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation closely and keep you informed of any developments and directives during this period.

We remain committed to delivery of services to our customers and endeavor to limit the impact on the agreed schedules. Our sales team is attending to email correspondence remotely.

In conclusion, let me thank you for your patience and support as we respond to this global issue.

I wish you, your colleagues and families strength in this difficult and unprecedented time.

Yours faithfully,

Honey Mamabolo
Managing Director
