EXPORTING CURRENCY COINS TO THE WORLD
The Mint, with over 128 years of manufacturing
experience, is responsible for minting currency for
many countries around the world. The Mint’s range
of services includes everything from the design and
development of a new coin or coin series, through
annealing, to the electroplating and high-speed
minting of coins.
In 2019/20, we continued to mint circulation coins
for eSwatini, Mauritius, Rwanda, Tanzania
and Thailand.
The Mint is proud to
continue production of
the 5 Emalangeni alloy
coin for the Kingdom
of eSwatini bearing the
image of His Excellency
King Mswati III.
