of whom creatively interpreted the five constitutional rights
with a unique perspective.

‘Right to Education’
by Neo Mahlangu

Neo Mahlangu’s belief that education,
when used to its full potential, can unlock
opportunities for students of all ages, was the
basis of the ‘Right to Education’ coin design.
It features elements from all learning phases,
including elementary and graduate schooling.
It depicts the idea that all citizens have the
right to unbiased access to education.
